If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please feel free to return the product for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of the order date on the packing slip. Shipping returned products will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. To ensure a timely refund, please return the item(s) immediately by following the steps below. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of RSF skincare.

1. You must contact RSF skincare Customer Service at 866-598-9363 within 30 days of your original invoice date.
2. You must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund.
3. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you ship via UPS or registered mail. RSF skincare is not liable for packages lost during shipping.
4. RSF skincare will process your refund via the original purchase method within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).

FREE shipping on all domestic orders above $100.00. International shipping charges apply. Shipping days Monday thru Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are not processed until the next following business day. If your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 1-2 business days.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable

We only accept return products originally purchased on RSF skincare.com or through a RSF skincare Customer Service Representative.

Damaged product: If you have received any items that have been damaged during shipment, please save the damaged box and contact RSF skincare Customer Service immediately upon receiving your damaged package.

• Payment Terms: An order placed through RSFskincare.com is not binding upon RSF skincare until it is accepted. RSF must confirm pre-authorization of your credit card before it will accept an order.
• Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
• Codes: Purchase codes are provided through authorized personnel only. Codes are approved through prior authorization by management before use.
• Sales Tax: Customer orders will be charged applicable sales tax according to his/her state's sales tax laws. The amount of tax charged depends upon many factors, including the type of item purchased, and the destination of the shipment.
• Shipping Charges: Total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges.

Accordingly, neither of us may start a formal proceeding (except for Claims involving any violation of the federal trademark or copyright laws, or for injunctive relief) for at least 30 days after one of us notifies the other of a Claim in writing. This Site is controlled and operated from RSF Pharmaceuticals's offices in San Marcos, California, United States of America, and RSF Pharmaceuticals makes no representations that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
